Users can view detailed security scan results in the ComplyAuto Software.
Navigate to your ComplyAuto Privacy dashboard and click "Cybersecurity" in the left-hand menu.
Click "Security Scanning."
To view all scan results, click "Completed Scans."
Under "Completed Scans," you can toggle between penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to view the different results.
If a scan does not complete successfully, you can view the error message.
Once a scan completes, in the "Vulnerabilities" column, you will also see a quick view of the scan results.
Alert! Review the scan results with your IT partners. Always remediate critical and high vulnerabilities as soon as possible.
To access the full scan report, click "View Results" on the right.
To see the scan details and remediation recommendations, click each section to expand for detailed information.
