Sending Training Reminders

Automated reminders go out every Monday, but if you'd like to send a training reminder manually, this article outlines three ways to do it.

1. Navigate to your Workforce dashboard and click "Employee Training."

 

2. Select all employees by checking the box to the left of "Name." Select individual employees by checking the boxes beside their names.

 

3. The first way to send a reminder email is to click "Send Reminder Email" and the training email is immediately sent to the selected employees.

This method allows you to send reminder emails to more than one employee.

 

4. There are two ways to send reminder emails to an individual employee. First, click the three dots all the way on the right of the employee.

 

5. From the list, select "Send Reminder Email" to immediately send the reminder to that one employee.

 

6. The second way to send a reminder email to an individual is to click into an employee to view his or her training history.

 

7. Click the envelope beside the training course that needs the reminder sent.
