My employee is not getting the automated training reminder; what do I do? Use one of the two methods in this article to give your employee access to his or her training.
1. Navigate to your Workforce dashboard and click "Employee Training."
2. Search for the employee and click the three dots on the right.
3. From the drop-down list, click "Copy Employee Portal Link to Clipboard. " Then send this link to the employee via email.
Tip! The employee will have access to all assigned training using this link. For completed courses that need review, employees can access any training in this portal.
4. To send a specific training link, search for the employee and then click anywhere on the employee's row.
5. Click this icon to copy the training link to your clipboard. Then email the training link to the employee.
Alert! If you have the ongoing issue of training reminder emails not going through to your employees, please notify your client success manager. He or she can help you resolve this issue.
