Tips to help solve common issues with printing

Issues Installing

You will need admin permissions to install the printer driver.

If the installer fails please make sure your firewall allows downloads from https://cdn.complyauto.com. You can also try to install the software manually if needed:

Download and run these two installers in order:

1. https://cdn.complyauto.com/downloads/apps/complyauto-dealcheck-printer-driver-installer-latest.msi
2. https://cdn.complyauto.com/downloads/apps/complyauto-dealcheck-printer-installer-latest.msi

Issues Printing

If you have issues printing, here are some things to try:

• Try opening the desktop app and making sure you are logged in before you click Send to DealCheck.
