Users can manage some of the automated email notifications they receive from the ComplyAuto software.
If you're responsible for managing consumer privacy requests at your dealership, disabling those notifications is not advisable due to the legally required time periods in which those requests must be responded to.
How to Manage Email Notifications
STEP 1
Login to the Dealer Portal and click on your user account profile picture on the top right corner.
STEP 2
Click on "Account"
STEP 3
Under "Notifications", check the box next to each type of notification you'd like to receive.
STEP 4
Click "Update Preferences"!
