How do I add an Encrypted Messaging User?

One of the most unique features of our encrypted messaging solution is that the user who requests files does not have to be the same user that receives the files.

Begin by logging into your ComplyAuto Esquire dashboard via https://login.complyauto.com, then navigating to the Admin Portal.

Step 1: Click on the "Encrypted Messaging > Manage Users" menu item

Step 2: Click on the "Add User" button

Step 3: Decide what level of access this new user should have

A user who can "Only Request" cannot access any files that are uploaded in response to their request.

A user who can "Only Receive" cannot request files, but is eligible to receive files uploaded in response to other users' requests.

A user can "Request and Receive" can both request files and view the files uploaded in response. 

Step 4: Provide additional information about this user

You must provide a name and email for this new user.

Based on your selection, you may be required to select which other user should receive files from this new user's requests. In this case, you are able to select an existing user OR add another on the spot. 

Step 5: Click the "Create" button

Once the form has been filled out satisfactorily, click the "Create" button.
