How do I upload my employee list and assign training in my dashboard?

Regardless of which ComplyAuto product your organization is using, all training is managed through the ComplyAuto Workforce dashboard. This brief article will review how to upload employee lists and assign training.

How to Add Employees:

  1. Once in the dashboard, navigate to Employee Management.
    1. Add employees individually: select + Add Employee
    2. Add employees in bulk:  select Manage Employees to upload employees in bulk.

2. Manage Employees: You can upload a CSV file to upload employees in bulk.
    1. If you choose to upload employees from a CSV, you will be prompted to answer a few questions to ensure the file uploads properly. You can also assign employees to a group

How to Assign Training:

  1. Select Employee Training on the left-side navigation bar.
  2. All Employees: You can select all employees at once by checking the box in the top line.
    Individual Employees: You can select an individual employee by checking the box next to their name. 
    1. You may also filter by Employee Groups if you'd like to assign training to a specific group (e.g. Service Managers).Screenshot 2024-02-08 at 10.41.10 AM
  3. After you've selected the employees to whom you wish to assign training, select Assign Training, which will open up our Course Library.

4. Choose the category of training you'd like to assign: e.g. "HR" or "Repair Facilities"

5. Select which course you want your employees to complete.

6. You may choose a due date that you want employees to complete the training by or you can simply click Confirm.
