Follow these step-by-step instructions to add users to ComplyCrypt.
On the ComplyAuto Dashboard you will . . .
Adding Users:
- Select “Manage Users”
- Select “Add User”
- Determine User Capabilities (what you would like the User to be able to do?):
- Only Request Documents: can’t view documents that customers send)
- Only Receive Documents: can’t request documents, but can view documents sent by customers
- Request and Receive Documents: can do both
- Determine User Capabilities (what you would like the User to be able to do?):
- User Details: Add their name, email, and other necessary information

Designate Recipients
- If you would like someone else to have access to the documents, you can designate another recipient to receive documents.

- If you no longer want an employee to receive another’s documents, you can delete recipients.

Ready to invite users to start using ComplyCrypt?
- Individual Invite: Click the box to the left of the name of the person you want to send the welcome email to and click "Send Welcome Email"
- Mass Send: Can add in all users by clicking the box at the very top and then select “Send Welcome Email”
