How do I add users to Encrypted Messaging?

Before your employees can start generating encrypted messaging requests they will need to be given the proper eligibility.

There are three different ways to grant users access to send and receive encrypted messages and they are outlined below: 

💡 Don't forget to add new employees! Make sure new employees are regularly added to ComplyCrypt as they are hired.

Option 1:

  • Login to the Dealer Portal and choose “ComplyAuto Workforce.” 
  • On the left sidebar click on the “Employee Management” tab. 

  • You will find all of your existing employees in the dashboard.
    • Follow the existing user's names and on the right side of the screen click on the 🗝️key icon.

Option 2:

  • Login to the Dealer Portal and choose “ComplyAuto Workforce.
  • On the left sidebar click on the “Employee Management.” tab.
  • You will find all of your existing employees in the dashboard.
    • Directly to the left of the names you can check the box of one or multiple users
  • When a box is checked, a blue box will appear saying “+ Add Eligibility
    • Click “+ Add Eligibility
    • Choose “Encrypted Messaging

Option 3:

  • Login to the Dealer Portal and choose “ComplyAuto Workforce
  • On the left sidebar click on the “Employee Management” tab.
  • Click the blue “+ Add Employee.
  • After name and email you will see a box for “Eligible to send a secure file request.”
    • Check the box if you want it available to this new employee.
