Though rare, it is possible for an employee to get to the end of a training course without actually completing the course. Here are some ways to verify completion and instructions for the employee to assess their own course.
-
Missed slide?
- Check the navigation bar on the left side.
- If a checkmark is missing the learner might have missed something on that slide. Instruct them to go back and complete the interactions on that slide.
-
Incomplete slide?
- In order to complete a slide, the learner must interact with every piece of the slide. These pieces can be in the form of drop-down menus, hotspots on an image etc.

Incomplete video?
-
This is an easy one to miss, and especially easy to not complete if there are end-credits.
-
In order for a video to be marked as complete, the video must be allowed to play all the way through till the end.
-
The learner will know they've completed the video when they see a blue circle below the video (if you look really closely, you might even see a checkmark too).
