1. Navigate to your ComplyAuto Safety dashboard and click "Equipment & Operations."

3. Click "Holidays" to select the holidays your organization observes. All holidays are checked by default. If holidays are checked, then notifications will be paused on those days.

Click "Add" to add a new notification.

4. Start typing a location in the search bar and then choose the appropriate location(s) from the drop-down list.

5. Click "Next: Select Equipment."

6. The left-hand column displays the various equipment categories present at the location(s) you chose. Click "Select All Categories" or choose individual categories of equipment by checking the box next to each one.

7. The right-hand column lists the specific pieces of equipment for each category selected on the left. Under each type of equipment, you can toggle to select all or choose individual pieces by checking the box next to each one.

Click "Next: Add Inspectors."

8. Click the name field and type the inspector's name.

9. Choose the notification method: text only, email only, or both.

10. Add the inspector's email address and/or phone number according to the notification method you chose. Click "Next: Set Schedule."

If you'd like to add more than one inspector, click "Add Another Inspector" and follow the previous three steps to add the inspector's name, notification method, and email/phone number.

11. Use the drop-down menu to select your time zone from the list.

12. You will set the notification schedule by the inspection frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

The notification frequency is defaulted to the recommended schedule. You can choose a "Custom schedule" if you would like.

13. To create a custom schedule, use the drop-down menus to select the frequency, day, and time.

Click "Next: Overdue Settings."

14. If you would like the inspector(s) to be notified when inspections are overdue, click the box to enable this feature.

15. Use the recommended schedule or create a custom schedule for the overdue notifications using the drop-down menus.

16. When an inspection is overdue, you may add a supervisor to be notified as well as the inspector. Click "Add Additional Supervisor."

17. Add the supervisor's name, preferred notification method, email address, and/or phone number. Click "Next: Review."
