How do I find the California Workplace Violence Assets?

In this article, we will show you where the Workplace violence policy, training, incident log, and risk assessments live.

To Find the Workplace Violence Training  

• Navigate to ComplyAuto Workforce and click "Employee Training"

• To assign the training select the check box next to "Name"

• Click "Assign Training"

• Click "HR"

•  Click "California: Workplace Violence Prevention"

• Click "Confirm"

To find the Workplace Violence Policy Click Policies.

• Click “Policies”

• Click "Create & Manage"

• Click "Human Resources"

• Click "View or Create Policies" for Workplace Violence

• Click "Create New Policy"

To Find the Incident Log

• Click "Workplace Violence"

• Click "Incident Log"

• Click "Add New Incident" to start creating an incident.

To Find the Risk Assessments 

• Return to the "Workplace Violence" Tab

• Click "Printable Forms"

• Click "Download"
