Follow these simple instructions to assign Dealership Security Awareness training or any other training course available in our Course Library.
Alert! Under the GLBA Safeguards Rule, security awareness training is an annual requirement for all employees.
1. Navigate to your Workforce dashboard and click "Employee Training."
2. Select all employees by checking the box to the left of "Name." Choose only selected individuals by checking the boxes beside their names.
3. Click "Assign Training."
Tip! Employees who are assigned training through Workforce will not have a log in or password. They simply follow the training link in the email and then verify their email address. Once this is done, the employee will have access to his or her portal and all training assignments.
4. Click "Privacy & Cybersecurity."
5. Click "Dealership Security Awareness."
6. Set a due date and then click "Confirm."
Alert! Upon clicking confirm, training assignments will be emailed immediately.
We recommend alerting your employees ahead of time that they will be receiving required training from ComplyAuto. Forewarning employees will help alleviate them ignoring the automated emails.
