Alert! Keeping your employee list up to date is essential for complying with state and federal training requirements. Some trainings have an annual requirement.
1. Navigate to your Workforce dashboard and click "Employee Management."
2. Click "Add Employee."
3. Name and email are required fields. Please add the employee's name and email in the appropriate line.
Alert! It is highly recommended not to allow employees to use their personal email accounts for work as you have no control over the privacy settings of personal accounts or devices.
4. Please check the employee's eligibility for the following items:
- Phishing simulations (the employee must have a company email address)
- Secure file request (this makes an employee eligible to use ComplyCrypt)
- Training courses (training is required for all employees)
5. Select the employee's location.
6. If you have previously set up employee groups, you can add a new employee to the appropriate groups by clicking "Add to Group."
For example, if the employee is a service technician, you may add him or her to a service group in order to assign Safety training.
7. For phishing campaigns to be more personalized to your organization, you may add the recommended fields for phishing if desired. Then click "Create." Your new employee is now added to Workforce.
